Core Rule

Use BrandPage only for lawful, authorized, transparent activity. You are responsible for your content, destinations, products, claims, audience, and the people who use your account.

You may not use BrandPage to evade a law, court order, payment-provider rule, app-store rule, social-network policy, advertising policy, or enforcement action.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

• Illegal goods or services; stolen or counterfeit goods; fraud; phishing; malware; credential theft; deceptive redirects; or instructions designed to facilitate unlawful conduct.
• Sexual exploitation, abuse material, trafficking, credible threats, targeted harassment, extremist recruitment, or content that promotes or coordinates violence.
• Impersonation, trademark or copyright infringement, false verification, fake affiliation, fabricated reviews, misleading endorsements, or undisclosed paid relationships.
• Collection or sale of sensitive personal data without required notice, consent, security, and lawful basis.
• Spam, scraping, automated abuse, fake engagement, service disruption, security testing without permission, or attempts to bypass account, review, age, or usage controls.

Firearms, Ammunition, and Weapon Content

• Firearm-related pages require BrandPage review and written approval before publication. Approval may be withheld, limited, suspended, or revoked.
• Only verified manufacturers, federal firearms licensees, or authorized agencies acting for them may request publication. Private sellers and peer-to-peer sale pages are prohibited.
• BrandPage may not be used to accept firearm orders, deposits, or payments; conduct auctions or raffles; arrange shipping or transfers; match buyers and sellers; or avoid a licensed dealer, eligibility check, record, waiting period, or location restriction.
• Prohibited weapon content includes unlawful weapons or accessories, conversion devices, obliterated serial numbers, evasion instructions, and offers directed to minors or prohibited persons.
• Approved pages must use direct, clearly labeled destinations. BrandPage prices, retail Offer metadata, and opaque BrandPage short links are disabled for firearm-related pages.
• A BrandPage approval does not authorize sharing where a social platform forbids firearm marketing or retailer links. Users must follow each platform's rules, including rules that may prohibit firearm links on TikTok or YouTube and firearm advertising or native commerce elsewhere.

Verification and Cooperation

BrandPage may request identity, business-formation, brand-authorization, licensing, destination, fulfillment, and compliance records. You must provide accurate, current information and promptly report any change that could affect approval.

Do not upload full payment-card data, government identity documents, or other unnecessary sensitive records through ordinary page fields. Use the review method BrandPage provides.

Enforcement, Reports, and Appeals

BrandPage may investigate, unpublish, restrict, preserve, or remove content; disable forms, previews, or redirects; suspend accounts; and notify affected providers or authorities when reasonably necessary to protect people, enforce these rules, or comply with law.

BrandPage considers context, severity, history, and available evidence. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent account termination. Report a page through its report link or email contact@brandpage.io. To appeal, email the page URL, decision, and supporting documentation.
