What BrandPage Collects

BrandPage collects the information needed to create accounts, host pages, route links, measure performance, process subscriptions, manage support, and protect the service.

This can include account name, email, login details, username, page content, logos, images, videos, links, product or video thumbnails, newsletter form settings, subscriber records, device and browser data, referrer data, click events, QR activity, and billing metadata. BrandPage should not store full payment card numbers; payment details are handled by the payment processor.

Public Page Data

Anything you publish on a BrandPage public profile can be visible to visitors, search engines, social previews, QR scanners, and third-party platforms that crawl or cache web pages.

Creators are responsible for the information they publish, including contact details, social links, offers, products, captions, disclosures, and external URLs.

Subscriber and Lead Data

If you collect emails or other lead information through BrandPage, you are responsible for collecting consent, honoring unsubscribe requests, using the data only for permitted purposes, and connecting only email platforms or CRMs you are authorized to use.

BrandPage should store consent source, page, timestamp, and unsubscribe status where practical so creators can maintain cleaner marketing records.

How Data Is Used

  • Operate pages, uploads, short links, QR campaigns, forms, analytics, billing, and account access.
  • Improve page performance, reliability, security, abuse prevention, and launch workflows.
  • Show creators traffic, click, conversion, and campaign insights.
  • Send service messages, account notices, billing notices, support responses, and legally required communications.
  • Investigate misuse, enforce platform rules, respond to lawful requests, and protect visitors.

Sharing

BrandPage may share information with service providers that help run the product, including hosting, storage, analytics, email, authentication, database, payment, security, and support providers.

BrandPage may also share information when required by law, to protect the service or visitors, during a business transfer, or when a creator connects or exports to another platform.

Cookies and Analytics

BrandPage may use cookies, local storage, pixels, server logs, and similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember preferences, understand page performance, attribute traffic, detect abuse, and improve the product.

Creators should not use analytics to mislead visitors, hide sponsored relationships, or make claims that are not supported by the underlying data.

Security and Retention

BrandPage should use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for account, subscriber, media, billing, and analytics data. No online service can guarantee perfect security.

Data may be kept as long as needed to operate the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce terms, comply with law, and keep backups. Deleted public content may remain in backups, caches, logs, or third-party search results for a limited period.

Your Choices

Creators can update page content, remove links, replace media, delete subscriber exports from connected tools, and request account help. Visitors can avoid submitting forms, use browser controls for cookies, and contact a creator directly about marketing communications.

For privacy questions or data requests, email contact@brandpage.io.

Children

BrandPage is designed for businesses, brands, and creators, not for children. Do not use BrandPage to knowingly collect personal information from children without the legally required consent and controls.
