Using BrandPage
BrandPage provides tools for building public profile pages, social links, short links, QR campaigns, media sections, email capture, analytics, and external destination links. You may use BrandPage only for lawful brand, creator, and business promotion.
By creating an account, accessing the service, or publishing a page, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy, and any plan or feature terms shown when you subscribe or activate a feature.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account, credentials, billing details, page settings, public username, and anyone you invite or authorize to work on your page.
Account information should be accurate and kept current. If a customer, creator, or brand asks to change ownership, email, username, or billing access, BrandPage may require verification before making the change.
Creator Content
You keep ownership of the photos, videos, logos, text, links, product images, email forms, and other content you upload or publish. You grant BrandPage the permission needed to host, resize, display, index, cache, route, analyze, and share that content as part of the service.
You must have the rights and permissions needed for everything you publish. Do not upload or route visitors to content that infringes intellectual property, impersonates another brand, hides malicious destinations, or misleads visitors about who is behind a page.
Plans and Usage
Plans may include limits for links, stored media, image size, hosted video size and duration, and hosted-video views. Current limits are shown in the product or pricing information and may be updated as infrastructure and plans evolve.
To keep accounts fast and costs predictable, BrandPage may optimize uploaded images, remove unreferenced media after a grace period, retain detailed analytics for a limited period, and replace a hosted background video with its poster image after the plan's monthly hosted-video allowance is reached. The page and its links remain available.
Trials, Billing, and Cancellation
New paid subscriptions may begin with the trial period shown during signup. A valid payment method is required. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the selected plan automatically converts to a monthly paid subscription and BrandPage will charge the displayed recurring price through its payment processor.
You can cancel or change a subscription through Billing. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not normally create a refund for a charge already processed. Prices, taxes, trial eligibility, and renewal terms shown at checkout control if they differ from older marketing copy. Promotional, comped, pilot, and grandfathered accounts may have different billing terms.
Claims and Disclosures
Creators and brands are responsible for the accuracy of product claims, pricing, availability, testimonials, endorsements, affiliate relationships, sponsored placements, gifted products, and paid partnerships.
BrandPage can provide disclosure labels, metadata, page sections, consent fields, and review prompts, but those tools do not guarantee legal compliance. If a link, post, product, review, or promotion has a material connection, disclose it clearly and close to the claim or link.
External Destinations
BrandPage may route visitors to third-party websites, booking pages, email platforms, social platforms, analytics tools, or other services. Those third-party services have their own terms, privacy practices, fees, and eligibility requirements.
BrandPage does not process creator transactions. Page owners are responsible for the content, accuracy, customer service, and legal compliance of any external destination they choose to link.
Connected platforms may restrict certain products, services, jurisdictions, claims, or business models. BrandPage may refuse, remove, or limit pages and links that create legal, safety, or platform risk.
Regulated Products
Regulated or age-restricted content may require identity, business, authorization, license, destination, and compliance review before publication. BrandPage approval is limited to BrandPage and does not certify legal compliance or override a social network, payment provider, commerce platform, or government rule.
Firearm-related pages may be offered only to verified manufacturers, federal firearms licensees, or their authorized agencies. BrandPage does not sell firearms, take firearm orders or payments, arrange transfers, or act as a broker. Private-party sales, buyer-seller matching, transfer coordination, auctions, raffles, evasion, and offers to minors or prohibited persons are prohibited.
Email and Messaging
If you collect emails, phone numbers, or leads through BrandPage, you are responsible for getting appropriate consent, using accurate sender information, honoring unsubscribe and opt-out requests, and following email, SMS, privacy, and marketing rules that apply to your messages.
Do not use BrandPage forms or exports to send deceptive messages, hide who is sending a commercial message, ignore opt-outs, or contact people in ways they did not authorize.
Moderation, Suspension, and Appeals
BrandPage may review, restrict, unpublish, preserve, or remove pages, destinations, forms, previews, and redirects; request documents; suspend accounts; and cooperate with service providers or authorities when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, address reports, protect people, or comply with law.
Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent termination. Page owners may appeal a restriction by emailing contact@brandpage.io with the page URL and supporting records.
Your Promises and Indemnity
You represent that you have authority to use the service and all submitted names, logos, media, products, links, and data; that your content and destinations are accurate and lawful; and that you hold all licenses, permissions, and consents required for your business and audience.
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BrandPage and its operators, affiliates, personnel, and service providers from third-party claims, losses, penalties, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from your content, products, destinations, business activity, violation of law, or breach of these Terms.
Disclaimers and Liability
The service is provided as available and without warranties not expressly stated here. BrandPage does not control third-party destinations, products, social platforms, payment services, delivery, licensing, eligibility decisions, or user conduct and does not guarantee uninterrupted service, traffic, sales, platform acceptance, or legal compliance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrandPage will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. BrandPage's aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid BrandPage during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim or one hundred US dollars, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits, so they apply only to the extent allowed.
Availability and Changes
BrandPage may update, suspend, limit, remove, or discontinue features to improve performance, protect visitors, respond to abuse, comply with law, or keep the service commercially viable.
Public pages, short links, analytics, uploads, and integrations can be affected by hosting providers, browsers, payment processors, social networks, email platforms, and other third parties outside BrandPage control. Material Terms changes will be posted with a new effective date and, when appropriate, an account notice.
